In the very classic, back after the forced cancellation of 2020 due to Covid, Hermann and Kroll deliver both the male and female success to Austria.

Last seasonal appointment for FISI Friuli-Venezia Giulia: the ski mountaineering, classic of the world of ski mountaineering, now in its 64th edition, staged on the snows of Monte Canin di Sella Nevea. The event was organized by the Sky Friuli Team of Gemona.
In the men's race success of the Austrian Jakob Hermann, who won with five seconds ahead of compatriot Paul Verbnjak; more detached, in third position, just under three minutes from the winner.
The best representative of Friuli-Venezia Giulia was Marco Del Missier (7th), ahead of Cristiano Romanin and Andrea Interbartolo, respectively 9th and 10th in the final classification.
The women's race went to the Austrian Stephanie Kroll, eighth in the final classification, who thus delivers the second success of the day to Austria after Hermann's victory in the men.
In the short course triumph of Daniel Zandegiacomo (Sc Auronzo), in front of Marco Errath (Aldo Moro) and Cristina Manaigo (Sc Auronzo).
In the rankings reserved for FISI members, among the Senior successes for Caterina Bellina (Aldo Moro) and the Friulian Marco Del Missier, among the Masters triumphs for Monica Sartogo (Aldo Moro) and Cristian Chiavedale (Fornese).
