The Jam Session ski courses are based on a special method that guarantees rapid technical improvements to skiers looking for a qualitative leap, especially from the average level up.

If conditions permit and if the government gives the green light for the opening of the ski lifts, the ski courses of the Jam Session Ski Academy Network will return from May to September.
It will start in Cervinia with four full immersion Jam Friends Spring 2021 appointments, all from Thursday to Sunday, on the following dates: from 6 to 9 May, from 13 to 16 May, from 20 to 23 May and from 27 to 30 May. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays the Jam Session instructors will still be available for individual programs.
From 5 June to 29 August the courses will move to Les 2 Alpes and then conclude the summer ski season again in Cervinia from 24 to 26 September.
Each lesson uses the Whisper radio guide for live corrections and advice. The video is used both directly on the track and for in-depth analysis in the classroom, with graphic interventions and explanations on the blackboard.
In addition, simple and effective dry exercises are proposed that help to perceive and optimize the correct movements. Students have a lot of didactic material to consult, both written and video, such as articles or video lessons.

TYPICAL DAY COURSE JAM SESSION LES 2 ALPES
6.55 am: departure for the glacier with the Jandri Express cable car. Students have priority passage to this facility
7.20: arrival at 3200m base of the glacier, put on the boots and at 7.30 skis on your feet!
7.30-8.00: free skiing - heating
8.00: lessons start
12.00: end of lessons and descent to the valley or free skiing until 12.30 (closing of the glacier lifts)
1.30 pm: lunch in Hotel Jam Session and free afternoon for sport and relaxation
6.00 pm: Video analysis in the hotel and technical insights - (supplemented by dry technical exercises related to the 4 fundamentals of skiing: inclinations and constraints, centrality, rotation management, muscle tension management
19.45-21.00: dinner at the hotel and free evening
The courses in Les 2 Alpes last from 1 to 8 days and more. In addition to the full immersion packages dedicated to medium-level skiers, special programs can be requested for individual courses of all levels or programs for families even with dedicated instructors available full-time.
The full immersion ski course packages vary in price based on the number of days you decide to do and include ski lessons, full board accommodation at the Jam Session Hotel (pedestrian area) and ski pass.
