The second beer of the & rsquo; South Tyrol, the first weissbier of the province and perhaps Italian. & Nbsp; & Egrave; by the young & ndash; in every sense: so are the owners, and the 'Opening dates back to 2012 & ndash; Antonius brewery, located in the small village of St. Anthony, after which it is named, not out fi & egrave; the plateau. At the foot of that & rsquo; Seiser Alm, known for its ski slopes in winter, but also for hiking in summer and appreciated for its quality & agrave ;. It joins two other types of beers, a clear and un''altra unfiltered with wheat (Weissbier) form a trio simple and spot on.

They started a little over & ugrave; Two years ago, Daniel Anrather (now 29 year old) and Karin Obrist (32), with a lot of passion. And found themselves in a short time the second provincial beer, maybe down & agrave; Regional (say it softly but & hellip;).

Of this beer mainly affecting features: it tastes s & igrave; traditional, but with peculiarities & agrave; just different, due to the perfect combination of ingredients & ndash; malted 'barley and hops of the highest quality & agrave; - And the 'water, the primary, which in this case & egrave; that Sciliar: & ldquo; One & ndash; say the two young brewers & ndash; the reason why we felt the area for the production & rdquo ;.
Alluring, drinkable, light, to return in the wake of those features mentioned poc''anzi and the bottle is not green, but brown the & lsquo; s Beer & rsquo; & rsquo Alps; fits well with typical South Tyrolean dishes, aperitifs as well with pizza.
On the production side, the current one stands on 10,000 hectoliters l & rsquo; s year (although the question & egrave; growing and the brewery is expanding & hellip;) mostly clear; 50% ends up in bottles of 0.33l, while the & rsquo; other half & agrave; in drums of 30 liters and 20.5. & Egrave; then easy to find: supermarkets, shops, in pubs, clubs & nbsp; , pizzerias and restaurants in the area; not only for what concerns the municipalities of & rsquo; Alpe di Siusi but now all over the & rsquo; South Tyrol. From then try this & lsquo; young Antonius & rsquo; where & egrave; contained the spirit of a plateau that continues to amaze. & Nbsp;

Argentera
Argentera si trova nell’alta Valle Stura, a pochi chilometri dal Colle della Maddalena e dal confine francese, in uno degli ambienti più appartati e selvaggi delle Alpi Marittime.
