In the Valleys of Fiemme, Fassa and in San Martino di Castrozza / Primiero until 28 March along the slopes and in the village Happy Cheese returns, the aperitif with cheeses, wines and local products to be tasted on the panoramic terraces of the refuges, in wine bars or restaurants downstream.

There are several places where it will be possible to participate in the event. We mention a few. In San Martino di Castrozza you can taste paired Primiero and Trentodoc cheeses and Villa Corniole wines, in Cavalese the cheeses of Fiemme and Birra di Fiemme in a spectacular aperitif at high altitude and night skiing, while at Pera di Fassa an aperitif will be offered with forms of Trentingrana, Fassa cheeses, Mezzacorona wines and Trentodoc Rotari mountain bubbles as well as the possibility of making a CheeseTour at Mèlga de Fascia and at the L Maghier section of the Ladin Museum of Fassa.
At Passo Rolle, Happy Cheese for Family with Puzzone di Moena DOP & Birra di Fiemme or Trentino apple juice, while at Passo San Pellegrino, at the Baita Paradiso, Happy Cheese Sound "Val di Fassa Panorama Music" will be held, always with Puzzone of Moena DOP. And those who love wellness cannot miss the QC Terme Dolomiti Aperiterme Happycheese Après Ski with Fassa cheeses and products and Trentodoc mountain bubbles. For those who prefer something simple, in Vigo di Fassa you can taste a Happy Cheese aperitif together with a pizza and a beer.
