After four years of closure, they could reopen the Prada Costabella lifts. On 31 July, the Malcesine Monte Baldo Cable Car was commissioned to obtain the concession for works that would last for 5 months for a cost of 3.6 million euros and thirty years of management.

The program, exhibited on Friday 4 August at a press conference, involves the modernization of the two-seater road, the replacement of the single-seater chairlift with a two-seater and the removal of the three skilift.
"We thank those who worked on the presentation of the project for the Prada lifts. There have been many people, cable technicians, municipal councils and I also thank Mayor Marchesini for allowing the cable car to venture out of its territory. We hope the bureaucracy now gives us a hand to reopen them early for a fundamental service throughout the area, "said Brenzone Mayor Tommaso Bertoncelli.
Also satisfied by Daniele Polato, Chairman Malcesine Cable Car: "We will make the races in suspension for the identification of the subjects who will have to do the work, with the stipulation that the start of work will be determined by the bureaucratic bureaucracy. Let's do this to open the business in summer 2018. We are confident that the President of the Province will pay attention to this development of the territory. This concession that will issue the Province is very important for the territory. "
