The Quarta Baita and Montebello chairlifts will be open until September. The Brembo Super Ski bankruptcy ski lift auction will be held in August.

After just over a year of administration, On 17 July the municipal council of Foppolo will vote for financial distress due to too many irremediable debts. To be precise, 5.3 million euros of which 4.5 million deriving from the failure of Brembo Super Ski.
"It was right to try - explained Mayor Gloria Carletti to L'Eco di Bergamo -. Giving up just got elected wouldn't make sense. But the difficulties were too many: in addition to the debts deriving from Brembo Super Ski there are off-balance sheet debts, interest on mortgages that continue to increase and legal disputes. We tried all the ways, we went to Rome, to the prefect, but, at this point, the declaration of financial distress has become the only way ".
The positive news is the opening of the two chairlifts, Quarta Baita and Montebello, in the summer thanks to the call won by Marco Calvetti di Piazzatorre's Sacif. The two lifts are open on weekends in July, for the whole month of August and the first two weekends of September.
On 5 August, however, the auction of the Brembo Super Ski failure systems will be held for a minimum price of 1.5 million euros.
