On October 18th, Stefano Dentella's Sviluppo Monte Poieto, owner of the Val Carisole ski lifts, proposed the purchase and sale of ski lifts at Devil Peak by Giacomo Martignon, owner of the Foppolo chairlifts, so that there is an area with a single manager.

Stefano Dentella offers two alternatives: either Sviluppo Monte Poieto buys the Foppolo lifts or sells Devil Peak the lifts in Val Carisole and the properties on Foppolo.
Stefano Dentella launched this proposal because he argues that a single management of the entire area is sustainable from an economic point of view and that today the possibility of finding a single ticket agreement is excluded.
Giacomo Martignon is willing to negotiate, but given that the deadlines are tight due to the start of the new winter season, he believes that it is now important to find temporary agreements to guarantee a good service to tourists in the 2022-2023 management. In this regard, Martignon reiterates its willingness to buy a single ticket and to grant the use of the land for the season in the terms already discussed and offered in previous years, in addition to the willingness to share management and organizational aspects of the station.
