Neveitalia quest''anno chose Carosello3000 Livigno for the Freeride Materials testing, and the choice of locations is certainly not accidental! The local avalanche bulletin, present in Livigno from the 2013/14 season, now joins in a single Servisio dedicated to the quality of the snow. Consulting it every day, you can monitor the quality of skiing in Freeride on different sides of the resort, the snow conditions, the quality of the skiing, the probability of finding stones.

The Project of Livigno Freeride is based on a local daily information service on the stability of the snowpack, which integrates the Regional Bulletin Avalanche dell''Arpa of Bormio and the Swiss Avalanche Research SLF Center. Un''innovazione allowing freeriders to be updated every morning on local conditions through news issued by Livigno's official website, and the video footage from the poster displayed at the stations of the lifts, the totem in the country, from a service newsletter to all operators and App dedicated.
This winter, the service has been further improved and more specialized with information related also to the conditions of the slopes and the snow quality. Every day, through three different graphics, you can check the snow conditions, the quality and the probability of hitting rocks while skiing. The figures take into account the air skiable development of Livigno, 3000 m to the village (1816 m), divided into three areas: the Alps, in the woods, below the woods, identified by different colors corresponding to different parameters .
But in Livigno the Freerider will also find great events. Next week is planned, starting from Friday, March 17, the Rossignol Soul 7 Day, an international meeting of the holders of the ski freeride world's best selling, which next season is renewed both in graphics and in the structure.
