With a press release published on the Macugnaga Facebook page, Mayor Stefano Corsi announces the conclusion by Monterosa2000 of the feasibility study, which ended in favor of the choice of a four-seater system with automatic coupling with protection.

The choice of a gondola lift, the press release states, would not have been acceptable both in terms of construction costs and future management costs.
The story of the Macugnaga plant update has already undergone an articulated process, also passing through the involvement of the Monterosa 2000 of Alagna in the first place, and then opting for the companies Eca and Frua-Huber of Villadossola and Locatelli of Premosello. At this point, everyone's hope is that the region wants to proceed as soon as possible with the approval and financing of the project.
