The Demaclenko snow company, born in 2011 when Demac and Lenko joined the Leitner group, is ready, despite the heat, to bring snow to the mountains next winter.

At the end of June, the firm signed an agreement with the Bergamasco district Presolana-Monte Pora, where the majority shareholder of the company I.R.T.A. Owner of the Angelo Radici area, which is also chairman and CEO of the Radici group, an entrepreneurial reality in the field of internationally well-known automotive components with a turnover of over one billion euros. The group's entrepreneurial activity has always been joined by the Sci Club Radici, the family association of which was the great Fausto Roots.
The Bergamo region, to keep snow at the disposal of enthusiasts, implemented Demaclenko's support, a renovation and new construction work of a snowmaking plant powered by a 35,000 cubic meter water reservoir. The project involves the complete renewal of a machine room, a new Cooling System Cooling System, the installation of 40 generators and Snowvisual management software. The contract was signed by Roberto Mercaviglia, CEO of I.R.T.A. SpA, and Andreas Dorfmann, CEO Demaclenko, in the presence of Leitner Group Chairman, Anton Seeber, and Angelo Radici.
But even in Russia, where there is very little snowfall in proportion to snowfall, Demaclenko has launched two projects: at Veduchi, in the North Caucasus and at Holdomi, whose project involves the implementation of a fully automated plant that will be built by Zero, thus ensuring the ski area a season with snow cover. In addition to the installation of two pumping stations, more than 80 wells and numerous Titan 2.0 snow generators are expected to produce 105 m³ of snow per hour. The temperatures and the relative short snow times necessarily require a quick and punctual snow production of this type. To supply the entire plant with the necessary resources, 8,600 meters of pipes will also be laid.
