One of the great veterans of the blue snowboard, who won yesterday in the PSL in Bad Gastein, tells of a special success. And today he tries again in the team test.

An extraordinary victory, almost eleven years after the first and only success achieved in the PSL in Moscow in March 2010.
Aaron March gave himself a magical night in Bad Gastein, bringing home a parallel slalom with the final thrill, as the 34-year-old from Vipiteno had finished in 2nd place by giving up in the small final to the Russian Dmitry Loginov, then disqualified (or rather relegated to the 2nd place) after the video check.
"After the qualification (with access to the second round hit by a whisker, with the 15th time trial) I was angry because I had not been able to show what I am capable of - March declared to Physi.org - I wanted to show myself that I can to do better and I succeeded. The feeling was good with the track, the victory was a great satisfaction; in Carezza in December I ended up out for a penny, today that penny was returned to me with interest (beating Payer in the quarters with that gap, ed).
Winning again after 10 years means that I have always believed in it, in all this time I have had some bad luck and there have obviously been my responsibilities too. This year I feel very good both in my head and physically, I dedicate the victory to my partner Andrea and to my daughter Alina ”.
And today March will try again, paired with Nadya Ochner, in the first team test of the World Cup season at 12.00.
