Back to the 'appointment with the' more tasty and trendy cocktail dell''inverno, HAPPYCHEESE that from 14 February to 18 March will make the products of Fiemme, Fassa and Primiero protagonists on the slopes of the Dolomiti Superski. The new HAPPYCHEESE 2017 calendar includes 27 events, three of which at sunset at high altitude, designed to enjoy the magic of the mountain and the goodness of the famous cheese of Fiemme, Fassa and Primiero, along with wines that have always better to represent the Trentino territory .

HAPPYCHEESE, the 'most eagerly awaited by lovers of mountain flavors and skiing, is organized by the Road of the Dolomites cheeses, in collaboration with the APT Val di Fassa, Val di Fiemme and San Martino di Castrozza - Passo Rolle - Primiero Vanoi. To accompany the sweet tooth in this journey of flavors, will be the Trentino raw milk cheeses, offered plain or in the form of delicious finger food: the famous Puzzone Moena PDO Formae Val di Fiemme, from tasty Cher de range to Alpine and. The timing of the event consists of 12 dates, for a total of 27 events in 20 different locations, for a tasty slalom between mountain lodges, with an eye always focused on the beautiful views of the Sella Group, the Rosengarten, passing the Latemar, Lagorai, to the Pale di San Martino. The main novelty of this edition of pink tinged HAPPYCHEESE: Taste the sunset is the dell''evento version, characterized by the color of the famous alpenglow, or the sunset over the most famous peaks of the Dolomites. A special make these three appointments (who will be held on 22/02, the 25/02 and 10/03) there will be an aperitif slap, with the presence of local producers who will go to support the imagination of high-chef quote. Among the special events: two cocktails at the dairy, at the Dairy Val di Fiemme (24/02) and the Dairy Val di Fassa (9/03), which will allow everyone to get to know the realities that produce PDO Trentingrana thanks an interesting guided tour and a drink in the ripening rooms. Do not miss the 'appointment with Carenvale, in San Martino di Castrozza, with a whole of Taste Village to act as a corollary to the torchlight procession of ski instructors that will give life to the traditional "bonfire of the Old Woman". The grand finale of the event will be held in Val di Fiemme-filled Jazz: Dolomiti Ski Jazz, with notes of Thrust Electric Funk Project (11/03) and Emilia Matterson Trio (18/03). And for the little ones back HAPPYCHEESE FOR KIDS, with a tasty and healthy snack or a special pizza for children, which will make happy even mothers. A fronte di un incremento delle presenze, il numero di strutture turistiche non è cresciuto e quello di posti letto si è ridotto. Ai maggiori flussi turistici non si è associato né un aumento del consumo di suolo né una maggiore produzione di rifiuti, dimostrando il potenziale del riconoscimento UNESCO nel generare benefici economici locali senza compromettere la qualità ambientale, a condizione che siano in atto un efficace coordinamento istituzionale e solide garanzie normative.
