Have you ever eaten in an "ephemeral restaurant" ??
You can try this experience on Saturday 23 March, on the slopes of Crans-Montana. Every year the resort offers 4 gastronomic events, during which the best chefs in the area, including the starred Franck Reynaud and Pierre Crepaud, free their creativity and talent to enhance quality local products.
The Ephemeral Restaurant of March, Ski Food Safari, takes you directly to the slopes of the domaine skiable.
On Saturday 23 March, during your day on the slopes, you can treat yourself to delicious breaks in the various venues that will offer you one of their specialties, combined with a glass of wine from the region, for CHF 10.00. Each restaurant also offers a children's or non-alcoholic menu for CHF 5.00, with a syrup offered by the Morand distillery (so you can taste a different aroma for each room). Some examples of what you can find? At Chez Erwin: flambée raclette and flakes of viande séchée; From Zérodix: yellow fin tuna cannelloni and king crab, citronella mayonnaise sauce, dashi jelly, sweet bread crumble and sweet and sour beetroot; and again in the Cabane des Violettes: Smoked pork croquette with fir wood and mountain hierba liquor.
From 3.00 pm, participants are invited to meet up on the terrace of the Cry d''Er Club for dessert (a chocolate-hazelnut cake accompanied by a Swiss Hot Mojito), where the day ends with animation, DJ and a competition is giving away a gift offered by the Morand distillery.
But also lovers of excursions and ski mountaineering can take advantage of the Ski Food Safari. In fact, a Rando Food Safari version was designed for them, which will take them to the magnificent Aminona region. Accompanied by a professional guide, it will be possible to discover for free, on skis, snowshoes and seal skins, one of the 15 ski mountaineering routes of Rando Park and mark the day with delicious breaks in two of the Ski Food Safari.

Il paper di Banca d'Italia analizza gli effetti sui flussi turistici e sull'ambiente nei 4 anni successivi all'iscrizione delle Dolomiti nella lista dei Patrimoni Mondiali dell'Umanità, avvenuta nel 2009. A fronte di un incremento delle presenze, il numero di strutture turistiche non è cresciuto e quello di posti letto si è ridotto. Ai maggiori flussi turistici non si è associato né un aumento del consumo di suolo né una maggiore produzione di rifiuti, dimostrando il potenziale del riconoscimento UNESCO nel generare benefici economici locali senza compromettere la qualità ambientale, a condizione che siano in atto un efficace coordinamento istituzionale e solide garanzie normative.
