The first blue to take to the track will be Thomas Bormolini (37) with 1’52 "to recover from the tread. Dominik Windisch (48), Lukas Hofer (50) and Didier Bionaz (60) will start even further behind, all with a gap of more than two minutes.

To open the race will be Johannes Dale who after the splendid success in the Sprint (first career victory in the World Cup) can count on a decent advantage over Fillon Maillet (+17 ") and Fabien Claude (+29"). Johannes Boe will have to attempt the comeback to attack the podium, 4th with 41 "to recover from his compatriot.
The winner of the first Pursuit of the season Sebastian Samuelsson will be the fifth to start shortly after Boe. The Swede will be ahead of Emilien Jacquelin (6), Christiansen (7), Doll (8), Laegreid (9) and Lesser (10) by a few seconds.
