The World Championships in biathlon roller ski Forni Avoltri comes another gold medal for Italy after the one conquered by Dorothea Wierer.

Lukas Hofer was the big favorite for the men's sprint and not lived up to expectations winning success with authority. The twenty-four-Alto Adige has excelled taking a step on skiroll superior to almost all opponents and lacking a single target.
The only serious threat to the leadership of the blue was taken from the Slovenian Simon Kocevar, in turn, author of an error in a shot. He made twenty-two of the parallel competition to Hofer until the second polygon, but has heavily paid duty in the final lap, however, picking up a valuable bronze medal at 30 "4 by the winner.
Kocevar has been bypassed in the final from Slovak Tomas Hasilla, a penalty for him, authentic race specialist summer as in the past has often been the protagonist in cross biathlon competitions. The ventitrenne of Osrblie got the silver paying 26 "8 to the first position.

Previously there was the competition for the boys in junior age where the gold medal was won by Czech Tomas Vojik (1 +0) that has excelled making a difference in the last kilometer.
The twenty year old has inflicted tens of seconds to almost all his opponents in the final thousand meters and has become mocking for only 4 "8 Croatian Dino Butkovic (0 +2), forced to settle for the silver medal after having entered head in all the intermediate from the first polygon on. Bronze medal for the Bulgarian Dimitar Gerdzhikov (0 +3), trailing by 31 "by 2 winner.
Italians have remained on the sidelines in the struggle for the podium, but although it remained in the top positions. Joseph Montello he finished fifth at 46 "from the third place. Andreas Plaickner was placed immediately in front of Benjamin Plaickner eighth, ninth. Maikol Demetz has instead finished eleventh.
Too bad the Russians, historically dominant at the junior level in the World Summer, as was the quickest Igor Proshchenko, only tenth.
