Right from the start, the German Denise Herrmann took the lead in setting the pace, putting several second-tier athletes in difficulty. After a second interlocutory tour, twelve athletes entered together with the second series, where once again the errors flake. The leading group was therefore halved. Wierer avoided penalties and remained in contact with the former. Herrmann, Ã–berg and MÃ¤kÃ¤rÃ¤inen lost ground instead. During the third round Wierer and Preuss took turns in the lead, but the pace was not crazy and the leading group remained compact. In the pitch the blue gave a lesson of shooting to all the opponents and was the only one to find the zero, taking to flight with a margin of 30 "on Yurlova-Percht and even 55" on MÃ¤kÃ¤rÃ¤inen. The fourth round was in favor of the Italian, which managed to maintain the advantage intact. In the decisive series the Italian shot quickly but missed two targets. Behind him Yurlova made a mistake and Herrmann also had to take the penalty turn. Intermediate Wierer passed with 10 "on the Russian and 33" on the German. In the last round they all expressed the maximum potential on skis and the world title remained in the balance until the end.
