Italy is on the "safe side" in the Oberhof women's relay: no news in the Italian team

20 nations will be at the start of the third relay of the season, which will start tomorrow at 14:45. No experiments in Italy in view of the world championship in Pokljuka: confirmed the quartet that finished sixth in Kontiolahti and fifth in Hochfilzen.

Up to now, the results obtained by the girls in the relay have reflected the current value of the Italian women's movement, but in view of the World Cup we could expect some experiments, at least in the order of the fractionists. Instead, the coaching staff decided to confirm the line-up deployed in the first two seasonal outings: Lisa Vittozzi at the launch and followed by Irene Lardschneider, Dorothea Wierer and Federica Sanfilippo. The goal for the blue will be to finish between 5th and 7th position, the dream is to emulate teammates, third in the men's test. Norway and Sweden, winners of the first two relays, start with the underdogs. Among the norge to report the presence on the starting list of Ingrid Landmark Tandrevold, who had not finished the Sprint due to physical problems (as already happened in 2017 in Oberhof, the Norwegian had palpitations). Fortunately, the alarm seems to have disappeared but a question mark remains about his physical condition. Norway in the second half will have to defend themselves with Lien before going on the attack with the pair Eckhoff-Roeiseland. Together with the two Scandinavian nations, pay attention to France with Bescond, Chevalier, Braisaz and Simon. The transalpines start to win after the two second places obtained in Kontiolahti and Hochfilzen. Here is the complete Start List!
