After the splendid third place obtained yesterday by the Azzurri in the men's relay, today it will be up to the girls. Typical training for Italy, whose goal is to confirm itself between fifth and seventh place. Three nations favored for victory.

In the first two outings of the season, in Kontiolahti and Hochfilzen, the Italians finished in sixth and fifth place. On paper, there are all the conditions to be confirmed and, in the event of an empty pass by the top nations, to dream of the podium. Wierer proved to be close to top form in the Sprint, Sanfilippo after the spell in the Alpen Cup seemed to be growing (he finished 33rd in the Sprint), while Lisa Vittozzi, despite the difficulties of this season, is always a guarantee in the first fraction .

Three nations favored for the victory: Norway, winner of eight of the last ten relays, which however has to deal with the unknown Tandrevold; Sweden, always on the podium this season (first in Kontiolahti and third in Hochfilzen); France, second in both relays disputed this season and at the start with a very solid quartet. For the podium, however, there will also be the hosts Germany and the emerging Austria.
