There are eight players called by the Italian coach Omar Sacco for the athletic gathering of the bobsleigh World Cup team, scheduled in Mondovì from Sunday 28 June to Wednesday 15 July.
The program includes sessions in the weight room in the morning and tests on the athletics track in the afternoon. The athletes involved are Patrick Baumgartner, Alex Verginer, Costantino Ughi, Lorenzo Bilotti, Mattia Variola, Alessandro Fierro, Alex Pagnini and Giada Andreutti, also in the presence of coach Marco Boni.
The first bout of the world bobsleigh season is set, we remember it, on the Latvian gut of Sigulda, which hosted the closing World Championships of the past season, where it will compete in the week from 23 to 29 November 2020.
