In career Bertazzo has won 3 successes (all in the two-man bob) and 7 podiums in the World Cup, of which 6 in the two and 1 bob in the 4-man bob, plus a bronze medal at the World Championships in Sankt Moritz in 2007 and a third place in the general classification of CdM in 2010-2011, still in the two-man bob. In recent seasons the performances have not been to the height, but last year the athlete had expressed the will to continue competing until the World Championships of Wisthler Mountain, which will be held from 25 February to 10 March 2019.
