The Fiames push track once again hosts the Italian summer bobsleigh championships: Baumgartner leads the Azzurri group

The Fiames push track will once again host, next weekend, the gathering of the bobsleigh teams, coinciding with the Italian summer bobsleigh championships in the men’s and women’s “two-man” events, women’s monobob and the men’s “four-man” event.

From Friday, September 18 to Sunday, September 20, all the Azzurri’s top athletes will be present in the Ampezzo valley: technical director Maurizio Oioli has called up Nicholas Artuso, Patrick Baumgartner, Eric Fantazzini, Robert Mircea, Alex Pagnini, Riccardo Ragazzi, Mattia Variola, Alex Verginer, Giada Andreutti, Noemi Cavalleri, Anna Costella and Alessia Gatti. Alongside the national team athletes, coaches Simone Bertazzo, Omar Sacco, Elena Scarpellini, Giovanni Mulassano, Costantino Ughi and Lorenzo Bilotti will also be present.
