The third and final day of the fifteenth edition of the Four Continents Championships, hosted by the Osaka Municipal Central Gymnasium, was opened by the award of the title of'' artistic pairs.

At twelve years of distance from'' last statement branded Sale / Pelletier, the struggle for success, in keeping with the obvious prediction Eve, involved only Canadian couples. Finally, for the first time in the last six editions, no Chinese couple has found a place on the podium. The Asian school, hampered by the absence of the'' top athletes, so has stopped a streak of six consecutive victories.
