After the Lillehammer competition triptych, the Cross-Country World Cup remains in Norway, in Beitostølen.

In the locality of the Ontario Saturday two free distance races will be staged, 15 km for women and 30 km for men. On Sunday the two relays are scheduled. Ten Italian national squads, six men and four women: Francesco De Fabiani, Dietmar Noeckler, Maicol Rastelli, Giandomenico Salvadori, Mirco Bertolina, Stefano Gardener, Elisa Brocard, Ilaria Debertolis, Sara Pellegrini and Lucia Scardoni. So absent Federico Pellegrino and Greta Laurent who will train in Livigno to prepare the Sprint of Davos, scheduled for Saturday 15 December.
