Biography: Sara Rask, born on 16 March 2000 in Sollentuna, Sweden, is a technical alpine skier specializing in giant slalom and slalom. She started competing on the FIS circuit in 2016, made her Europa Cup debut on 29 November 2017 in Funäsdalen and her World Cup debut on 9 March 2018 in Ofterschwang. At the 2020 Junior World Championships in Narvik she secured the gold medal in giant slalom, establishing herself as one of Sweden’s top young talents. In the Europa Cup she achieved several podiums and won the giant slalom classification in the 2019/20 season. Rask is known for her precise and aggressive skiing, strong curve management and solid pace, and she is working to become a consistent World Cup competitor. (aggiornamento: )
