Today the queen of Garmisch Partenkirchen is Corinne Suter. The Swiss wins on the Kandahar 1 track and catches her first career success in supergiant ahead of the Austrian Nicole Schmidhofer, detached by 43 cents, and teammate Wendy Holdener, third with a delay of 70 cents.
At the foot of the podium Fedderica Brignone. The Italian made some inaccuracies and several mistakes and came fourth with a detachment of 90 cents from Corinne Suter who, with today's victory, takes the specialty red bib.
Bad fall for Viktoria Rebensburg and Sofia Goggia. The Bergamo has ended up against the nets and is currently at the Garmisch hospital for tests on his left arm.
