Four blue points in Levi's first slalom: here are their impressions after the race.

A slalom team back competitive, even if the final result probably doesn't say everything about the overall performance shown today in Levi's opening.

The twentieth place of Martina Peterlini, with a recovery of nine positions in the second heat, has a particular flavor given the certainly not optimal health conditions of the policewoman from Trentino. “In the first heat I didn't force too much because I didn't know how my back would react - said the blue - In the second, the adrenaline probably helped me to endure the pain, so I launched without fear on the track.
The suffering is still there and I will still have to resolve the issue in the future, but I am happy with the result considering the conditions in which I presented myself. This race has given me comforting signals, I hope to grow further in the slalom on Sunday ”. If the fourth Azzurri in points was Marta Rossetti, 29th at the finish line, the one who failed to collect a useful loot also in the Moindo Cup is Federica Brignone, who left the scene in the second heat after an encouraging 14th time in the middle of the race. “I'm satisfied with how I faced the wall in the first heat - explained the Aosta Valley champion in the post-race - even if I didn't push in the right way both on the level and in the final part.
In the second I made a good start, unfortunately I broke down after the combination of the doubles and on the wall I wanted to exaggerate to recover, a mistake that I shouldn't make with my experience. A useful lesson for Sunday's race ".
