Federica Brignone, second classified behind her teammate Marta Bassino, and Sofia Goggia, sixth, comment on the result of the first giant of the season:
Federica Brignone: "It is always better to finish second behind an Italian than a foreigner. I think it is a good message for Italy, it means that we are working well and that we are in good shape and it is positive. not even to win but I'm very happy to have started like this: after all the pressure, after all that has happened, I'm really happy to have started like this today ".
Sofia Goggia: "It's nice to start, yesterday I felt tense because I hadn't competed since February and instead today I skied with the joy of returning to this sport. I know very well that I have a lot of margin, I was unable to express myself at my best. Today we had a great team result with Marta Bassino in first place, Federica Brignone second and I. Probably I would have signed for this position. There is still a lot of work to do, but I'm happy ".
