What is certain is that the second place obtained by Marta Bassino in the super-g of St. Anton has a weight, if we think that the Cuneo-based, after the Flachau slalom scheduled for Tuesday evening (in which she will not participate), will have two races available as the giants of Kranjska Gora to try to get closer to the top two of the overall.
Petra Vlhova, today 19th after committing a serious mistake, and Michelle Gisin, eighth, still have a good margin on her pursuers, even if now Bassino herself is back on the virtual podium 226 points from Petra and ahead of Goggia, whose "Zero" weighs, and to the same Gut-Behrami (pay attention to the Ticino if she were to go up in giant shots), Shiffrin and Brignone, whose 45 points collected today are probably less than hoped and budgeted.

Super-G specialty cup chapter: it's still early to talk about it, with only two races out of the seven scheduled (at the moment there are six on the calendar, because one of Sankt Moritz's recoveries still needs to be fixed), but they are all there with Gut -Behrami in red and with only 5 points on the Ledecka-Suter duo and 15 on Bassino, but Brignone herself at -40 is obviously in full swing.
In WCSL there is good news for Elena Curtoni, who in the next race in Crans-Montana will be able to avoid the '1 (which she was forced to both in Val d''Isère and today), having overtaken Nina Ortlieb now tenth , given the absence of Schmidhofer.
