Second test after today's opening which saw Ryan Cochran-Siegle sign the best time on the Stelvio, in front of two of the big favorites for the fast races in Bormio, namely Kilde and Mayer.
Sunday, however, will be the last "quiet" day in Valtellina, since already from the night between Sunday and Monday a lot of snow is expected to arrive, so much so that it has forced the various parties involved to reverse the program: Monday the super -g, Tuesday the descent, always at 11.30 as the training that will be held regularly tomorrow.
A test that will be important above all for Dominik Paris, having said that the conditions in the race could be quite different compared to the perfect and marble Stelvio already seen today: the blue jet, 3 "36 from Cochran-Siegle, will start with the number 13, just after Christof Innerhofer who, in the first timed test, showed good things closing in 10th place. The French will open the second test, with Clarey with the 1 before Muzaton and the brilliant Allegre (bib 4) who will follow the intruder in the transalpine home, an Aleksander Aamodt Kilde who will test tomorrow with the bib n ° 3, after trying the Stelvio today with the 17.
Beat Feuz went from n ° 3 to 9, with 15 we will see Cochran-Siegle (who fell fifth in the first test); is registered with 17 Kjetil Jansrud, but as we explain HERE he will not take part in the descent, betting everything on the super-g which at this point will be run on Monday (provided that it is done, otherwise there is the possibility of exploiting the recovery day Wednesday 30). Nine blues on the track also for training number 2, with internal selection between Pietro Zazzi (number 65), who wants his debut in the World Cup on his home track, and Florian Schieder (n ° 62) for the last bib available.
Confirmations are expected from Buzzi and Marsaglia, at the start again with 34 and 35, as well as from Cazzaniga with 43; before and after the Lombard, last test for Tonetti (with number 40) before the super-g and important test for Gugu Bosca (n ° 59), considering that today the adopted Aosta Valley came out immediately unable to study lines and track conditions, but only repairing a pair of broken (good) skis and no physical consequences.
