The French slalom star has already been able to put several days of skiing in the legs: a completely different story than the troubled preparation of 2019.

Clément Noel has gone hunting again, aware that a two-year period in which to aim for three major objectives awaits him. Slalom World Cup, already touched in the last season with only 2 points behind Henrik Kristoffersen, World medal in Cortina (whether it is 2021 or 2022, little change) and Olympic in Beijing 2022, after having stroked a metal already from very young, in that extraordinary debut at the PyeongChang 2018 Games.
The phenomenon of Remiremont began training on skis without those physical problems that had affected him in the autumn of 2019, when he stopped with his back in September, prematurely closing the preparation period in Ushuaia; Argentina will not be there for the 23-year-old native of the Vosges as for the whole Equipe de France, which is exploiting the ideal conditions on the home glaciers. First in Val d''Isère, with the Pisaillas del Col de l''Iseran which hosted Noel himself, then moved to Les Deux Alpes this week to continue training with the other transalpine slalomigigantists (except for Pinturault).
Three victories in the past season, as many as those obtained in the 2018/19 explosion in the World Cup, Noel is now the reference point of the slalom, even more than Kristoffersen as most insiders think and affirm. With a technical continuity guaranteed by the presence of a technician, and we are talking about Simone Del Dio, who now knows him very well, and stability guaranteed by the feeling with Dynastar and Lange, who will provide him with skis and boots at least until the end of the 2021 season / 22, Noel already scares everyone. And we're only in mid-June ...
