The Olympic champion makes the difference on all, but "Domme" is splendid according to how downhill. Casse, a fabulous fifth place!

Simply monstrous.
We cannot but applaud Matthias Mayer and the masterpiece accomplished by the 29-year-old Austrian, a speedy Olympic champion, able to go and take his sixth victory in the World Cup, with the triumph in the first super-g of the season.
In Lake Louise, the bishop of Wunderteam gives the first seasonal joy to Austria (so far dry of podiums among men), forcing Dominik Paris to another second place after the one downhill, but how good "Domme" to inserting himself there, 4 tenths from Mayer who, having come down with bib number 13 with respect to blue number 7, has not got anything wrong, interpreting the Men''s Olympic circuit with the right risks. A result, among other things, that brings the Carinthian to the top of the World Cup general at 161 points, with just a margin length on the Alto Adige ...
After 30 descents, the third place is still assigned ex aequo as in descent, score between Mauro Caviezel and Vincent Kriechmayr, distant 49 cents from Mayer and only 9 from the blue, followed by a great Mattia Casse, at 11 cents from the first podium career and fifth at 6 tenths. Then we find Kilde and Odermatt, the latter with the best super-g career result, with Peter Fill far from the best.
