Twenty-four hours later than expected, with the "sacrifice" of the giant to be recovered later and elsewhere, the Face de Bellevarde in Val d''Isère will welcome the men ready for the second seasonal slalom.
The cancellation in the storm on Saturday morning should be just a memory, given that already tonight the weather conditions in Haute-Savoie are much better: if all goes well, it will start Sunday with the first run scheduled at 9.30 am (track the British Glasse-Davies ) and second at 12.30, by the German Brunner.
A new bib number has been drawn up according to the rules and Alexis Pinturault will wear number 1, with the great favorites Clément Noel and Henrik Kristoffersen in the bottom of the first sub-group.
Nine the Azzurri in the race: curiously kept the same bib picked on Friday Manfred Moelgg, which will start with the 9th, while Stefano Gross "recedes" to the 13th, followed by all the others out of the 15 that obviously will have the same number, with Razzoli at gate with 16, Vinatzer with 25, Maurberger with 33, Sala with 39, Tonetti with 48, Liberatore with 54 and Bacher with number 64.

As said, Alexis Pinturault will open the dances, before Marco Schwarz (who fished the '1 on Friday night), then the two Swiss Yule and Zenhaeusern, Matt with the 5, Noel and Kristoffersen "inverted" with 6 and 7 , Myhrer who takes the '8 (he had the 15 ...), followed precisely by Moelgg, Meillard, Hirschbuehl and Ryding before Gross, with Muffat-Jeandet and Foss-Solevaag which will close the second sub-group. Attention with the high numbers to Jakobsen, sixth to Levi and to the start with the 31, but also to the rookie (in CdM slalom) Lucas Braathen with the 45.
