The European Cup, in the Swedish Funesdalen morning, starts with the first men's slalom scheduled (in the afternoon women engaged in the giant in Trysil, Norway) in the two days that Saturday will propose another challenge among the rapid gates.
There are ten Italians in the race, with important podium chances starting from Tommaso Sala, who missed the qualification for a couple of tenths in the World Cup slalom in Levi; the Lombard will start with No. 7, just ahead of one of the big favorites, the German Linus Strasser (8th in the CdM opening), but there are many good level specialists in the race, from Rodes and Nordbotten, to Vidovic, Simonet and Buffet.
