A real trouble, avoidable due to the dynamics of the accident.
Loic Meillard risks having to jump giant and slalom, scheduled on Saturday and Sunday in Yuzawa Naeba, after being injured skiing off the track, to have fun in fresh snow. A deep cut in the left leg and the admission of the 23-year-old Swiss himself: "I don't know if I will be able to recover in time".
And it would be a great shame, given that the Swiss is experiencing the best moment of his young career, less than two weeks after his first World Cup victory, obtained in the controversial parallel giant of Chamonix, but especially after finding in the sensations that were missing from the beginning of the season were huge, finishing in 2nd place the last Garmisch race behind Pinturault.
