Only two blues for the 2nd heat of the 3Tre. Sala: "I can reassemble". Vinatzer: "What a disappointment"

Slalom in Campiglio, only Tommaso Sala qualified (13th at 1"05) and a really positive Giuliano Razzoli on his return (16th at 1"25). Their impressions after the 1st heat and all the bitterness of the Val Gardena, out again (and battered). Mock Maurberger and Gross, respectively 31st and 32nd.

There are only two Azzurri qualified for the 2nd round, starting at 20.45 on the French track, of a 3Tre which, at least so far, has not smiled much at coach Simone Del Dio's national team, who on the eve had spoken of a potential goal of three top ten athletes, even though I was well aware that the podium area would have been complicated. Very bitter verdict for Simon Maurberger, 31st and out by 3 cents, and Stefano Gross, 32nd, while things went decidedly better for Tommaso Sala, 13th at 1"05 from Lucas Braathen, and Giuliano Razzoli (16th with a gap of 1”25). "I started strong, then that post in the middle bothered me a bit, but in the end the result isn't bad - Tommy himself declared to Ettore Giovannelli (Rai Sport) - Considering that on the wall a little ' steps, it was a good heat and I'm convinced of my potential to make a comeback in the second”. Beyond expectations Giuliano Razzoli, making his seasonal debut and with very little training, considering the hernia in his back: "I'm happy, because I didn't really know where you were - the words of the Olympian to Rai Sport - In the race I succeed always doing something more than training, unfortunately in the final stretch the lack of preparation made itself felt and I didn''t trust myself to push to the last goal. The back is fine, we are all close together and let's see what happens in the 2nd heat". On the other hand, Alex Vinatzer's comment was very bitter, again speaking to the microphones of state TV, after his second consecutive fork in the race he had dreamed of for some time and which was partly conditioned by what happened three days ago, with the injury suffered in giant on the Gran Risa: "I really wanted to participate, they were turbulent days and now I'm simply very disappointed - says the Val Gardena - I tried to be solid and in time, up to that point I was there but leaving the wall I made the mistake. I'm sorry because I never got on the fork for the whole of last season and now it seems like I have to start all over again like two years ago, even though I actually solved that problem. We need to work in these two weeks of break, before an important month of January".
