Cortina 2021? It's all open, from "closed doors" to postponement, but it will be decided by summer

Cortina 2021 is in everyone's thoughts, being the main event of a season that clearly presents a thousand unknowns. The next edition of the world championships is at risk like everything related to the planet sport and, in concert with organizers (Cortina Foundation 2021 led by Alessandro Fisi) and FISI, the international federation keeps open all the possibilities for the dispute of the '' event. From the "closed doors" to the limitation of the public, until the cancellation or postponement of a World Cup which could also be held in a different period than February 2021, albeit with the obvious problem of the Beijing 2022 and Courchevel-Meribel 2023 Olympics , or the subsequent edition of the world championship competition. The failure to dispute the World Cup finals is not considered a problem in this sense, given that the experience of an organization like the one from Cortina offers a thousand guarantees from this point of view. The Coronavirus theme is the only one on the plate and the FIS congress starting from Monday with the various video conferences scheduled will be useful to better understand in which direction to move, but in any case it transpires a certainty, that of not wanting to go beyond the month of July to make a decision on the world destinies of Cortina.
