Therefore there are already the names of the two winners of the Oceania continental cups edition 2017. In the male field, although not winning one of the eight races disputed but mainly thanks to three thirds, the top was the Czech Kryštof Krýzl who with 283 points preceded by 14 lengths Slovakian Andreas Ampa and 20 Austrian Magnus Walch. The first local athlete is New Zealand's Adam Barwood, eleventh.
Among women dominated by Sara Hector, the Swede was four times before, once the third, twice the fourth and fifth, and with 605 points ahead of 240 lengths the French Estelle Alphand and 311 the other Swedish Maria Pietilä Holmner. New Zealand's Piera Hudson finished 11th. It should be noted that neither a male nor a female race has been disputed even a fast race, only giants and slalom. For Italy they scored a few points Daniele Sorio (best result a twelfth place), Pietro Franceschetti and, among women, the young Elena Sandulli.
