The trend in Italy seems clear after the confrontation with all the parties involved. The official Thursday in the FIS board.

These are the last hours, the decisive ones to ratify the "return" of the world championship of Cortina to the original date, that of February 2021.
We are moving towards this solution, on the FIS house council scheduled for Thursday 2 July in a video conference: Federal President Flavio Roda has dealt with all the parties involved and the announced request for move to March 2022, after the Beijing Olympic Games, is seen as an increasingly complicated possibility.
Doubts remain clearly regarding the presence of the public, a whole series of protocols to be implemented and, above all, the unfortunate hypothesis that a wave of return of the pandemic could blow up the event (and in that case it would be colossal damage economically for the organization). "We will bring to the Council the clear will to create an important event for Italy - the last words of Roda, after those to GR Parliament - The activity for the realization of all this has never stopped and if the decision of the Council will be to continue with the original dates of February 2021, we will do it ".
