Almost certainly, the men's Alpine combined of the Narvik junior world championships, will no longer be recovered after today's cancellation caused by the inability to play the super-g, with wind (as yesterday it blew very strong, with gusts exceeding 80 km / h) and also a lot of snow on the track. Yesterday she had brought home the slalom race, thus reversing the two tests to try today to conclude the event, but already in the early morning the white flag rose. A mockery for the Canadian Casselman, in the lead after the slalom, for the Norwegian McGrath second and big favorite for the title, but also for the two Azzurri Matteo Franzoso and Giovanni Franzoni, who had finished 7th and 8th, less than a second from the top, the heats were more difficult for them before playing a big medal chance in their favorite discipline, the super-g. It will start again tomorrow with the female giant (10.00-13.30 the two heats), then the program leaves no breath with male giant on Thursday, double slalom on Friday and the team event at the end of the championship on Saturday.
