The referendum held yesterday in & nbsp; Cortina d 'Ampezzo, and they were asked to vote for the residents in the Pearl of the Dolomites has given a favorable response to the candidacy for the World Cup of 2021.

Actually & agrave; voters were under half & agrave; of those eligible, and what & egrave; 2218 of 5033 amounted to 44.07%, but being the referendum was not required quorum of 50% + 1 and if they had not won the result would not have been binding for not submitting the application. I "s & Igrave;" 1308 were equal to 58.97% of the voters (but little pi & ugrave; a quarter of those eligible), the "no" were 897, blanks 7, the spoiled ballot papers 4, cards containing two invalid votes. The 1 & deg; May & egrave; the deadline for submitting the application to the International Ski Federation.
