From June 1 the hour of the Italian national team will arrive practically in full force, to begin a long period of work (throughout the month of June) on the snow of the Stelvio glacier.
In the past few hours, many other champions have started training, obviously anticipating the times compared to the classic summer recovery after losing almost the entire spring period; like Alexis Pinturault, protagonist in "solo" on the slopes of his Courchevel, given that team work will begin from the first or second week of June, on the glaciers of Pisaillas (in the shadow of Iseran) and in Les Deux Alpes.
In addition to the Slovenia of Ilka Stuhec and Meta Hrovat, on stage since last week in Kanin, the scheduled sessions at home Austria continue with sprinters and slalomists on the Soelden snows. Monday was, for example, the first training day for Marco Schwarz and his companions, able to train in really excellent conditions on the glacier which, on 24-25 October, is preparing to host the usual World Cup opening .
