All participants in the City Event in Stockholm

The FIS announced the 16 men and 16 women who Tuesdays & igrave; night starting at 17 will participate in the parallel female and male slalom in Stockholm.

For the Swedish capital this is the first time ever in the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup. The two races are qualified by right, of course both among men than among women, the first 12 of the World Cup Start List of pi & ugrave slalom; the first 4 of the World Cup Start List generally not included in the previous list. However there are absences, of all that of Mikaela Shiffrin, the US loses cos & igrave; mathematically the possibility & agrave; to preserve the slalom cup since, after this City Event, there are only two races through the narrow gates and its separation from the leader, Sweden's Frida Hansdotter, & egrave; of 245 points. In the case of absence of an athlete its place is taken by fellow that immediately follows in the WCSL slalom or in the general one. It replaces Shiffrin is taken by Resi Stiegler, absent among women also the German Viktoria Rebensburg, replaced by Maren & Wiesler and Scaron; & aacute; RKA Z & aacute; hrobsk & aacute; Strachov & aacute ;, which does not have compatriots in the top 30 of the WCSL slalom and will be installed & agrave; replaced by Swiss Michelle Gisin. Among men, there are no Norwegian Aksel Lund Svindal and Giuliano Razzoli, both through injury and both replaced by their compatriots Jonathan Nordbotten and Manfred Moelgg, and Dominik Paris, which will not come & agrave; replaced by Italians because there are no others in the top 30 of the WCSL generally available, so his place will come & agrave; taken by French Victor Muffat-Jeandet.
