Laura Mortagna wins the junior World Cup with the thrill: another blue joy after Matteo Tanel

The finals in Val di Fiemme gave not only the success of Trentino, but also the 16 year old Venetian enterprise.

After Matteo Tanel and the absolute crystal ball among the seniors, in fact, the Italy of the roller-ski could also celebrate the conquest of the junior World Cup among the girls. Laura Mortagna crowned a season of the highest level by taking the most important trophy, with a real thrill in the conclusive pursuit on the Alpe Cermis; while the Minitour Rollerski Trentino was conquered by a splendid Elisa Sordello, directly on the top step on the day of his first podium in the World Cup, the other young blue suffered on the final ramps of the Fiemmese climb, placing in ninth place and without the points needed to conquer the crystal ball. With the disqualification of the Russian Bolshakova, third, due to a change of materials not allowed, and a podium that saw the Ukrainian Kovalova in 2nd place and the German Richter in third, Laura Mortagna climbed to 7th place ( in front of her an excellent Giulia Cozzi), just in front of her sister Alba and Maria Gismondi, bringing home the "coppone". Among the junior boys, however, the victory went to the "usual" Johan Ekberg, with the Swede preceding his compatriot Gisselman and the Norwegian Korsaeth: Andrea Gartner and Gianmarco Gatti took 4th and 5th place.
