Nika Kriznar wins the first race of Villach's Fis Cup

With the arrival of the month of July officially started the summer skiing season ski jumping. In Villach there is a weekend dedicated to the Fis Cup, third level of competitions. In the women's field, the field of departure has been highly qualified, as numerous athletes are usually participating in the World Cup.

The first success of the summer was Nika Kriznar's appetite, which today had no rivals. The talented seventeen-year-old Slovene has in fact dominated the scene, realizing with the widest margin the best score in both series. There was a clear victory with 12.5 points on Luisa GÃ¶rlich. Germany has undoubtedly proven to be second in the field, as evidenced by being the closest to the winner in both segments of the competition. The eighteen-year-old teutonic has then picked up the plaza of honor, revealing itself more solid than Daniela Haralambie. The Romanian had completed close to Gorlich the first part of the test, but failed to repeat themselves during the decisive jump. At least she was able to save the lowest podium step from Juliana Seyfarth's assault, fourth place finish. Immediately behind the German veteran there were two other athletes of proven experience, namely Slovene Eva Logar and Ursa Bogataj. There is a presence of a series of Swedish girls, an authentic rarity in the world of jumping. Among them, the sixteen-year-old Frida Westman has received an honorable thirteenth position.
