Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 October Cortina d'Ampezzo will return to host an international bob and skeleton event: the open summer Italian championships.

The event organized by the Bob Club Cortina in collaboration with the Italian Winter Sports Federation and Services Ampezzo di Cortina will be held in the Fiames locality at the "Antonella De Rigo" Sports Center where the push piston named after Renzo Alverà Eugenio Monti.
The event was strongly desired by the local bob club and by the Federal Councilor with responsibility for the bob and skeleton Stefano Longo
