In a few days the Italian Tour of the Jam Session Ski Academy Network will start again and this season will touch 25 ski resorts in 10 different regions.
Three days of full time course to improve your technique and make the leap in quality thanks to a special teaching. Lessons of 7 or 8 hours a day of skiing, depending on the location, and 2 + 2 hours of video analysis and technical details in the classroom on the first and second day.
The courses will take place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In some stations, exceptionally, they will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
COURSE AIMS AND TECHNICAL THEMES
Advanced level skiing: rhythms and perfect short-range control; to fully understand the management, the management of edge hold and the "shear" skiing; awakening dexterity and reactivity, understanding the right muscular actions knowing how to plan the direction, intensity and timing of the action; learn to analyze a video for technical self-analysis.
Sporty skiing: speed, driving and a lot of grit for the maximum expression of skiing in free field; Ideal both for the non-agonist skier and for those who want to understand and implement the mechanisms that give maximum efficiency to the "Race" technical gesture.
The courses, aimed at intermediate-advanced skiers, will be formed by groups of minimum 4 people and maximum 8. The lessons will always take place with the use of the Whisper radio-guide with which the instructor corrects and recommends the student in real time. An ideal tool to accelerate learning and greatly improve the perception of one's action.
The locations of the Italy Jam Session Tour: The Villa - Alta Badia, Cervinia, Plan de Corones, Zoncolan - Ravascletto, Zoldo, Ponte di Legno, Roccaraso, Moena, Sestriere, Ovindoli, Fai della Paganella - Andalo, Prato Nevoso, Roccaraso, Folgaria , Madesimo, Ovindoli, Falcade, Abetone, Sassotetto, Monte Piselli, Artesina, Tarvisio, Pampeago, Campo Imperatore, Pila.
In some locations it is also possible to register for the single course day.
