VALLE D'AOSTA
For this weekend snow is expected on Saturday and a sunny day on Sunday. We propose a skiing in Gressoney Saint-Jean, station of the Monterosa Ski area, where, on the weekend, after a day of skiing, you can stroll in the square among the Christmas markets. Here the fun is also guaranteed for the children who can spend their day at the Baby Snow Park Weissmatten, a play area to become familiar with the snow thanks to games like the inflatable bouncy castle, snowbike, and rides.
VENETO
In Veneto a sunny weekend is planned. We recommend taking two curves in Asiago, in the Verena 2000 ski area. Here, cross-country skiing enthusiasts also have fun at the Centro Fondo Campolongo where the slopes wind through a magical and evocative scenery through which you can discover the places of the Great War. In the past Asiago was also the site of two Nordic World Cup races.
LOMBARDY
Fine weather weekend also in Lombardy where we suggest a ski in the small ski area in the province of Bergamo, Colereski 2000, in Val di Scalve. It is a station particularly suitable for snowboard enthusiasts. It is one of the few ski resorts in Lombardy with tracks approved for international downhill and supergiant competitions. Here were hosted several sporting events, including the Absolute Italian Ski Championships, the Italian Snowboard Championships.
PIEDMONT
Weekend with a snow day (Saturday) and a sunny day (Sunday). We offer a weekend on skis in Macugnaga, especially for families with children. The little ones, in fact, will be able to dream at the Cave of Santa Claus - Queen of the Ice and meet the disney characters of Frozen in a fairytale landscape, among ancient huts, workshops with ice, freshly baked bread in the old oven, the underground gold mine, the lantern walk.
TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE
A sunny weekend is planned in Trentino-Alto Adige. In Trentino we recommend skiing in Andalo where this weekend you can watch the European Cup for women's alpine skiing with two giant races and meet future world champions.
In Alto Adige, instead, we recommend the district of Monte Cavallo of Vipiteno. The small town, also known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, will also host Christmas markets this weekend with typical local products and Christmas decorations.
FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA
Good weather weekend also in Friuli Venezia Giulia where we recommend a ski trip to Ravascletto or Sella Nevea.

Il paper di Banca d'Italia analizza gli effetti sui flussi turistici e sull'ambiente nei 4 anni successivi all'iscrizione delle Dolomiti nella lista dei Patrimoni Mondiali dell'Umanità, avvenuta nel 2009. A fronte di un incremento delle presenze, il numero di strutture turistiche non è cresciuto e quello di posti letto si è ridotto. Ai maggiori flussi turistici non si è associato né un aumento del consumo di suolo né una maggiore produzione di rifiuti, dimostrando il potenziale del riconoscimento UNESCO nel generare benefici economici locali senza compromettere la qualità ambientale, a condizione che siano in atto un efficace coordinamento istituzionale e solide garanzie normative.
