Manuela Wallnöfer is a mother of 4 children and wife of Florian, who inherited the Hof am Schloss farm from her father in 2005. With Gallo Rosso Manuela has succeeded in fulfilling her dream: "My deep desire to be able to accommodate 'my' guests on the farm it has become reality. I myself have always grown together with the guests and I love the life of the farm very much ". Manuela also deals with the preparation of fruit jams, juices and syrups, which are also guaranteed by the Gallo Rosso brand.

The woman from the garden
Priska Weger is the soul of the Oberhaslerhof and with great passion takes care of the farm garden that has belonged to the farm for centuries. For her "The vegetable garden is like a business card, it is the same as the woman who cares for it". When Priska accompanies her guests in the vegetable garden and explains to them the emotions and satisfactions that nature knows how to give is a magical moment. More than 100 herbs and medicinal plants and vegetables with ancient plant varieties grow in its vegetable garden, giving it natural vigor and resistance. Priska also attended courses on Kneipp treatments, which she now offers to her guests. Another passion of this peasant woman is the new shop on the farm with lots of genuine products made with her own hands.
Anita from the Oberhauserhof in Velturno
100% peasant
Anita Gasser is a 100% peasant woman: she was born and raised on a farm in Val d'Ultimo, attended a high school in agriculture, was very active in the Union of Young Farmers (Südtiroler Bauernjugend) and married a farmer with whom lives on the farm Oberhauserhof together with their 4 children. The farm Oberhauserhof is a modern and specialized farm for welcoming people with disabilities.
