It is called Into the Mountain Jus new website whose aim is to build a database of judgments, rules and doctrine relating specifically to the right and the responsibility in the mountains.

Into Born from the collaboration of the Court of Aosta, Aosta and the Bar Association of the Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta, Jus Mountain wants to be a "lawyer on line" that help professionals of the mountain to understand when it ends the obligation to protect the operator of the mountain and began the responsibility of the customer in cases of accidents during trips with ski instructors, mountain guides, instructors specializing in mountaineering, mountain biking, horseback riding, plant operators and Rescuers at high altitude.

Into The initiative was presented on April 5 at the Hotel Pavillon in Courmayeur Mountain during the conference, Risk and Insurance. The website Jusmontagna.it will be integrated and updated frequently to be supportive to all operators of the mountain.
