Here is the official calendar of the stages of the Cup of the Apennines: a total of 6 races at different locations along the Tuscan - Emilian Apennines, in the Province of Parma which include the towns of Pratospilla, Schia and the Holy Lake, in Province of Reggio Emilia and the towns of Ventasso Febbio, in the province of Modena and the location of Piane di Mocogno

First race: Piane di Mocogno - Trophy High Apennines - January 18, 2014
The first race will be at night with continuous climb in the woods and then down along the ski slope. It will be an alternation of ups and downs with several changes of attitude. The difference will be about 300 mt. All references are available on the website www.coppadellappenino.it
Secnda race: Pratospilla - Skialp Race - February 1, 2014
The second circuit race will be held in Pratospilla, with a traced classical ski-mountaineering mountaineering which also includes sections on foot with the obligation to use crampons. This new edition includes the creation of two routes. Path along "long" 14.5 km with an elevation gain 1450mt, and a short one "easy" with a length of 8,5 km, elevation gain 810mt. Third race: Ventasso - Ventasso Skialp Night Race - February 6, 2014
It will develop over a distance of 700 meters and with a development of about 5km. 3 changes skins will be provided and the route is full of slopes. There will be a section on foot with skis.

Fourth race: Schia - SchiAlp Night Race - February 14, 2014
The Night Racedi Schia, in its fourth edition will cover the slopes and areas adjacent to the ski area Schia. The route will be approx. 500m of elevation gain with a development of approx. 7/8km. The athletes will face several changes in its arrangement and the track will be partially illuminated by fiaccole.La is open also for snowboardes.Tutti references are available on the website www.coppadellappenino.it
Fifth race: Holy Lake - Trophy Schiaffino Skialp - February 16, 2014
The path winds along a route length of about 6 km with elevation gain of about 1000m.Questa 36th edition of the trophy Schiaffino will be in one category for specialty ski touring and snowboardalpinismo, will be awarded to the top 3 pairs classified by the male and female section and the 1st pair classified for infield and snowboarders. Athletes who participate in the Cup circuit Apennines 2014 will be awarded the points provided for in Regulation of the cup in the order of arrival. The 36th Schiaffino trophy will be awarded to athletes who total a couple of the best time assoluto.La New this year is represented by the first edition of the Junior Trophy Schiaffino. Sixth race: Febbio - XI Trophy Ridge Skialp - March 2, 2014
The course takes place in one of the most beautiful and untouched northern Apennines and winds between 2 of the highest peaks of the Reggio and the entire northern Apennines, Monte Cusna (2121 ms.lm) and Monte Prado (2054 ms.lm) with almeno1400 metridi elevation gain and offering, precisely due to its special design, new variants always appreciated by athletes. Argentera si trova nell’alta Valle Stura, a pochi chilometri dal Colle della Maddalena e dal confine francese, in uno degli ambienti più appartati e selvaggi delle Alpi Marittime. Il comprensorio si sviluppa sopra la frazione di Bersezio, tra circa 1.630 e 2.500 metri di quota, in un paesaggio di lariceti e pendii d’alta montagna dominato dall’Oserot e dalla Rocca dei Tre Vescovi.
